Are you accidentality pressing the lock button on the key fob? The car has a "find me" feature so if you've lost it in the car park pressing the lock button when the car is already locked can either flash the hazard lights and sound the horn or just the hazard lights.

It should be. If the dealer won't do it I bet someone like Autoglass could although you'd have to pay them.

I agree with @FiferMG4. It sounds like the same problem some were reporting with wind noise from the passenger side. The solution was to remove the quarter-light and reseal it.
