The ZS (and the 5) need an update to enable charging at Tesla sites. The 4 can do it "out of the box".
According to this thread, it should be free under the car's warranty.
The public Tesla chargers are a couple of miles south of the airport.

Often, card authorisation failure happens because there's a limit to how many times a card can be used contactless before you have to enter your PIN again.
Subscription is not necessary, it merely reduces the price per kWh to the same that Tesla owners pay.
Tesla do have overstay fees, but they only kick in if the site is over 50% full.
The app will warn you if this is the case.
