Is it possible to know the name of the dealer where it was repaired?Yes, with little or no feedback from the dealer.
I don't think it's rocket science. They have a service bulletin that describes the updates that need applying. If that fails, as an official MG dealer they have MG service support on the end of the phone they can use.Is it possible to know the name of the dealer where it was repaired?
I could try writing an email and asking how they solved it, and help my dealer solve mine

If your dealer still can't patch yours with all that, I'd be taking it to another dealer.
None of the facelift ZS's needed any hardware - it was all software/firmware. If yours does, then it sounds like you have other issues going on.I don't think it's necessary to install updates, I think it's a broken component, the dealer says he's waiting for a replacement but a month has passed

they say it was a relay and a fuse,
By any chance, are you using a timer, or otherwise mechanically switching off the charge under load? I have this pet theory that such interruptions cause problems, but other than spectacular arcs (not by me), I have not been able to prove it.after two days the error returned,
The error message appears while I'm driving, and when I turn off the car it doesn't start anymore, the 12V battery is new.By any chance, are you using a timer, or otherwise mechanically switching off the charge under load? Yes, when the message appears the 12V battery shows 11.8V, it is a false data because the tester writes 12.4V. In my opinion this blocks the starting, but the dealer saw this, and it's not a small dealership.Do you still get the "connected, not recognised" message since the "fix"?
Does the 12V battery report 13.0V or higher when driving? I'm wondering if your DC-DC is not charging the 12V battery. That can cause all sorts of seemingly unrelated problems.
