Regen 3 car pulls to the left on Overrun

My ZS Ev has covered only 3000 miles and on overrun in Gen3 pulls to the left. I intended to have the tracking checked but was told by Kwikfit that they cannot touch the cars with computer lane control software because of calibration.
Does anyone know if this sounds like a geometry issue, and if so how can I get it recalibrated. The dealer I purchased from is 200 miles from my home, so advice about how to proceed welcomed.
I have driven another similar car which does not behave in this fashion.

Is there another MG dealer you could take it to that is a bit nearer?
Have you checked the trye pressure?

Thanks, that really was my question. Tyre pressure checked already. Is it a dealer only issue

It has a warranty, is a new car where this shouldn’t be expected and also with the suspect BMS you’ve mentioned, it would be wise to get it all checked

A binding front brake can cause pull and you can usually identify it with an IR temperature check of the disc.
Simplest to go tour local dealer though if it's easy to demonstrate the problem.

Thanks for comments guys. As I stated the pull to the left is mostly only on regen 3. It is not brakes and I wondered if it was tracking, but apparently this cannot be checked by standard four wheel laser alignment, so I am asking if centering is the issue because of lane control software etc.
I was hoping somebody may have had a similar issue and knew the answer.
Maybe I need to ask Miles per Kilowatt hour if he knows.

Hi Del, to aid your own diagnosis and suspicion. you can turn off LKA (Lane keep assist) in the head unit menu, then you omit the possibility of electronic assistance and then it's down to mechanical factors.

When I took delivery of my ZS EV in March 2020 I found that it was constantly wandering towards the middle of the road whether braking , regen or just driving. My dealer said that I was imagining it but when they checked the tracking they found out that it was a mile out. No problems at all since. You would have thought that this would have been checked on PDI.

Yes the dealer was Eric Stead (Sheffield) Ltd in Ecclesfield.

Very true. They are frightened to fix anything these days. If they can't put a new part on they don't want to know.

I would be suspicious of the suspension joints.
The implication is that when on over-run (ice term), one of the front wheels is physically moving backwards with relation to its normal position.
It is strange that it doesn't seem to occur on braking.
I would want the car in the supplier garage asap.

The guy said they were unable to retract any car with lane control as it needs specialist re calibration and only certain places can do. It didn’t sound like a fob off to me

But they could just "Check It" without adjusting it.
At least you would know if it is OUT of alignment or not surely ?.

You are right of course , however if they are forbidden from adjusting I guess they are not willing to do it unless I guarantee payment, as they normally only charge when adjust is necessary. I had hoped to hear from a technician who knows what the answer is but so far not so I am afraid. I do value your help though. Thanks
