Selecting other won't work. Car not charging by selecting other and range 400. Dont know why MG is removed from the list. I have tesla charger near to my home but can't charge my MG ZS EV Trophy edition

I tried selecting Other but it didn't work. Failed to start charging. Keeps generating charging history with zero bill.

I tried installing Tesla app and tried selecting MG make in the drop-down list. But no luck, for non Tesla models, all other make and models are there but I can’t find MG. Why it is so?
