Why not try RTFM ing?

I'm not denigrating the HS - we're very pleased with our PHEV. The speed recognition problems seem common in MGs - our MG5 used to be the same and our current MGS5 is a bit better, but not reliable. It may be better in towns, but we live rurally. I doubt that they're any better in other makes...
It seems that glass wearers can have the most problems - certainly it makes a huge difference in mine. It doesn't like my polarised sunglasses at all, but copes a bit better with my plain ones. Seems a total waste of time to me, so it's turned off every drive, along with the speed warning bongs...
An update re car mats from MGTitan.
They requested a photo of the front of my car, so I sent front, back and close up of the badge on the back. Within a few hours they came back, saying that they'd refunded my money. So I wouldn't deal with them again, but give them credit for their prompt refund.

The tracker says :-
"United kingdom, Item is in transit United kingdom" - so far 25 days in transit, ordered 28 days ago

Just bought an HS PHEV from them. Simon Hawkins was extremely helpful and spent time making sure that we were happy with out choice. We continue to be very pleased with the company.
I suspect that the app is reporting calculated mileage using the most economical setting.
My MG5 would show the Eco mode range in the app, but it defaulted to Comfort mode in the car - so they never matched. I haven't checked on the S5 yet, though.
Well, changing some nottification settings seemed to get the phone working with ny laptop.
I tried with the car today and somehow the car had lost the original link, so paired the phone again and it started working.
Still might look into the developer option, though.
Thanks to you all :)
On my BEVs I have always set the max charge to 80%, unless I needed a 100% charge.
However, most of the literature just seems to deal with fully charging the HS PHEV battery. Is this correct?
