Just to give you an update on my situation. Octopus have finally fixed my issues and I am now on Octopus intelligent go tariff 😊 The smart meter team manually accepted my T's & C's and hey presto we're all sorted. Shame it took so long but the £100 compensation was greatly appreciate 👍

Yes exactly what I thought, but I've called Octopus five time and they tell me that the tariff team and the smart team are working on it. They say it's fixed so I try it again and guess what same results
