The dealership are keeping me updated with minimal chasing on my part to be fair it just seems the multiple steps in the process with dealer, MG UK and MG China is adding to the inefficiency. It makes it even worse that it's a safety recall.

So? The actual issue is a customer was left locked in a car (regardless of its type). I'm sure they don't really care at that point whether it has a combustion engine or not.
Peroni please ? I didn’t do a lot of research on this cable beyond making sure it was mifi certified and the length but glad it’s working well for everyone.
