Had ours since last November, the only thing I can fault is that some idiot put the indicator stick on the wrong side of the wheel.
Got a very clean windscreen :cautious:
Thank Fred but it still will not help as I need maps for Australia but even if I find Aussie map, I still can't find how to install the hence I am getting it done by the service techs as MG Australia recommended.
From my experience with Naviextra and my old D-Max, this is not the case as it was based on the actual headunit serial number that was on the SD memory card so each individual map update is tied into your unit.
What would you prefer, going into limp mode allowing you to move to a safe stop or just to come to a screaming stop in the fast lane? :cautious:
Know what I would prefer :)
I use Firefox as well and it did translate the page but the documents are still in German.
I think it is about time to give up on being able to update them myself and will leave it for the service guys.
Until another Aussie comes on here and tells me how they updated there system I am stuck with what I have unless the service guys can do it for me.
There is a thread on here that refers to the AU/NZ head unit but I don't recall reading that anyone successfully upgraded theirs.
I think you will find that the seats are slightly facing into the centre so fitting a right hand drive seat to the left will see it caring out toward the door.
They probably just thought that the service guy could do it at service times but it would be nice to be told.
Will get back after next service at 3,000km.
