PD052 does exactly what it is intended to do,if only MG dealerships in the UK would come clean and admit that the update is necessary.

Software updates will only be done once you have taken delivery of the car .MG will only update after you have driven the new car out of the forecourts.I would not take delivery of the car until the updates are done and insist they are done.

That is the problem with MG dealerships, vague to say the least.Bring the car back of the revs problem isn't sorted.

I have had the update 7 weeks now and have not had the issue that you speak of.I do find when the engine is heated up and at 4 bars that the car is sweet to drive.

It should go into EV mode at high speeds too.

Your dealership is in denial.What you describe is not normal.
