Lease cars come from same place as dealer ones when ordered, MG UK compound at Port bury docks. Mine was Shipped from there to Holdcroft MG stoke on trent to be PDA before delivery. Ppl on here who purchased theirs around same time had same build dates, Salty to name but one.

As above, had my X Power for 12 months and zero issues, it is a fantastic car. Sounds like a faulty part at manufacture, these things happen.
