We had to do a lot of chasing of the dealer but a good outcome!
The colour was divisive with the wife but she loves it as much as I do now! Looking forward to picking it up as it's now (apparently) had all the recent software updates so should be like a new car!
A week after dropping it off the dealer has phoned to say they will repair under warranty and they have a quicker turn around time than via insurance. So pretty positive. Hoping to have it back finally early next week.

The car is a phase 1 with no rear wiper. We only picked it up on Xmas Eve 2024 so relatively new to us. That might be the only possible angle for a warranty claim. Otherwise it'll be through insurance.
