I've not experience this issue, but from what I have read (on this forum and others) you are not alone in experiencing voltage drops at night below the regulated tolerance. Seems like a transformer tap change is required.

If you use ABRP. I would also recommend you pay for at least one months subscription, and buy a OBD2 dongle (data from which is only accessible in ABRP via subscription).
Why?, the car over estimates the percentage charge in most cases.
Not really worth pre-heating the battery when charging on AC, as you will/may use more electricity to pre-heat than you gain in charging speed from charging a cold battery. Benefits are mostly when DC charging.
