Because I have several times experienced the 12v Battery going completely flat! All the dealer's diagnostic tests have found no faults anywhere but MG themselves have suggested replacing the T-Box. I live in hope!

I suspect you are right that MG are the problem and not your dealer. I too am waiting for a replacement T-Box. My dealer thought MG would deliver to them "in less than a week"; 3 weeks later they are still waiting! Apparently, the dealer also has another car in the workshop similarly waiting...

Yes, the only “solution” is to disable any VPN you have when using the iSMART app.

I assume the comment about vpn refers to the iSMART app? Does the mention of not staying in imperial refer to the app also? If so, the VPN "block" is something that has changed with the two most recent app updates. It is annoying but seems impossible to avoid. I've not seen the problem of...

Not my experience, sorry! Phone is Samsung Galaxy A54 5G. Always connects and has never (so far!) dropped the connection.
