Not only business customers! I'm yet to receive any notification, other than TE told me today that I have failed to pay my (estimated) bill for October. Included in the email was a copy of that bill, which clearly states it covers the period September 1st to September 30th, which I have paid!

But in this case I don't think MGUK has done anything wrong! Their reply confirms @johnb80 "worst fears"; the fault here is with the company "running" the maintenance contract, surely?

Hi John, What an awful position to be put in, especially since you did exactly as you had been directed to do. I think the response from MGUK fully serves to prove the wholesale negligence of the supplying group.

Following on from what @5teep wrote, does your reversing light work, at all? On my pre-facelift 22 plate Exclusive the reversing light illuminates the night-time image for the camera pretty well, certainly rather better than my previous MG6!

I'm going today to my local tyre fitter to have my fronts replaced at just under 22k miles. So what you write is certainly not my experience!

And that fact alone to me makes having my car "officially" serviced well worth it! And I've never (yet) needed to call the AA but the reassurance that I can if I need to is extremely welcome.
