When you switch to EV, there is an information overload from all the screens ... Take some time to read the instruction manual, some tings are completely different than petrol/diesel cars ...

deduct costs of 1 year AA cover from £300 and you'll feel a tad better ...🙂. call that MG assistance number to check they added free AA cover. consider spreading servicing costs over the number of years with monthly direct debit, you can get quotes on MG website

Might be the position your seat is in, try holding the buckle straight when you pull the seatbelt out and hold the buckle a bit longer when the seatbelt is retracing.
only occasionally that I see driver's side mirror flash orange when driving but it doesn't stay on. In your case it's both mirrors or one only? And is it always the same one?
Might be worth trying another charger or trying another location to see if it's the car or the charger. Some ZSs needed that Tesla fix... if the car is new, they should fix it
