I had the same problem on ZS EV it took the dealership ( BATH ) 6 months to fix, they had to force new software. :oops:

Hi all only took 6 months but the sat-nav is working, i wont shout too loudly its only been 2 days.

Hi after waiting 5 weeks for new part called T BOX to be fitted to solve the problem of the sat nav being locked in Brussels, guess what, it still dosnt work. The dealership HSH Bath blame MG and MG tech are tacking forever to respond, and i am totally fed up with all of them.

Hi all got my car back from dealer after 4 days in their workshop. Still the sat nav and locked in Brussels. They are very reluctant to change the unit under the warranty, regretting the purchase now.

Not sure to be honest all the dealer tells me is they are trying different up-dates received from MG.

Hi, thanks for the tips, i have tried all of these and still no joy. the good news is that the dealership HSH BATH are giving me a loan car from Monday 10th for a week to try and resolve this issue. I will keep you posted.

Hi yes i have tried turning off DEAD RECKONING but my sat nav start point still places me in BRUSSELS. The dealership has said they will offer me a loan car for a week to enable them to solve this problem, that was 5 days ago, heard nothing since. Watch this space.

Thanks for your replies, i have been back to the dealership HSH BATH, twice with the info you passed on but they are still unable to rectify the problem and have told me that MG have never had this problem before. I really dont know where to go next.

Hi all can someone help please ( as the dealership clearly cant) . The sat nav screen on my brand new ZS EV LR shows my start location in Belgium. I live in BATH UK
