I had this same issue with a ZS a few months ago. Returned it, got another 72 plate and it's worked flawlessly on the granny charger. I suspect it was a fault with the car. Plate doesn't end in KVZ by any chance does it?

Thought I'd gone crazy! I've definitely seen it there once and never again.

The strange thing is the box doesn't ever kick off any error codes. I just get two seconds of green on the car, 3 times over, then the box clicks and the charging light goes from solid green to flashing indicating "connected" but not charging. This is on my garage plug, outdoor plug and utility...
