Well, at least I’m glad that it seems to be normal and I’m not the only one with this issue. But it really can’t be that hard to fix this via software so that it syncs with the external indicators. It’s a bit embarrassing, regardless of the manufacturer or model, this just shouldn’t happen.

Ah, yes i got it, but that doesn’t work together with ACC. The LIM setting is simply a speed limiter. So, the car doesn’t have the function to automatically adjust the speed in ACC according to traffic signs, even though all the prerequisites are there... What a shame.

Then it's just not well implemented. The ID.3 knew that a 30 km/h sign was coming up at X meters and already slowed down slightly beforehand, so that the car would be driving exactly 30 km/h when reaching the sign.

In my previus VW ID.3, the combination of ACC and Traffic Sign Recognition worked really well. It consistently adjusted the speed based on detected road signs, and I ended up using ACC for about 80% of my driving.
