What Kind of CPU has he? I think it could be an issue with arm based CPUs (as Windows is not fully optimized for this kind of CPU architecture). Therefore it often tries to emulate older software resulting in strange behavior. Windows 11 it self isn't a problem as everything runs fine on my Mac...

What exactly is your issue? So can you see the "action buttons" to send information oder is it an issue with the thing it self giving you an error (e.g. "Connection refused" ..)?

I installed the software yesterday (don't have my unit yet to test) but while installing, it ran some kind of script and I think I can also remember that there was a checkbox in the installer which does it while installing.

I suspect the car has a ptc heater as well because the car was completely silent when heating the battery. We also have an air heat pump at home and at a certain point it also changes from taking energy out of the air to the ptc heater because at minus something degrees it's not worth it...

Picture says it all. Battery is at 80% so that’s not the issue. It’s very cold here over night -8 Celsius and I have no heating at all for almost 4 weeks so could it be cause the battery is frozen (you can clearly tell that the car is cutting power while driving).
