The EU requires vehicles registered after 7/2024 to actually make sounds (at least that's the rule in Germany) and you have to always disable it because the car doesn't remember it or isn't allowed to remember it - Thank god I have a 2023 one
Maybe the indicator trim is screwed in place (see bottom right) but it could also be for the blinker. So that would mean that you have to take off the complete front bumper to replace them. The technical drawing from the eBay listing also shows that there is something but I am not sure what it is.
Based on the looks of the parts it seems they are just clipped in (pretty much the complete car is just clipped together- making replacements very easy). Just buy a prying tool.

I had my car in for a service 2 weeks ago, and they also fixed the tire pressure system on the rear left wheel. Today, I noticed that the two orange high-voltage power cables are completely exposed. My question is: does it look the same on your cars, or did the service forget to put some kind of...
I actually don’t really know. It’s like an art installation with three platforms you can go to. The whole thing is very high (it’s located on a hill), so you first need to climb about 400 steps to get on top of the hill (not kidding) and then another couple of stairs to get to the view points...
