OK as you say it is just that I call a heat exchanger a heat pump, whatever mechanism is used. I see that the heat exchanger in the MG4 also cools the battery so reversing it would not generally be a good idea.

Sounds like Hendy Exeter! I demanded and got the GardX refunded. Raise an official complaint and send a copy to Hendy CEO.That got a response within two hours.

Within 2 hours of my complaint about Exeter MG I get a phone call asking what they can do and will ring again when they have the relevant software! But why do I need to raise an official complaint? Any way I'll see what happens. Thanks for the recommendations Newton Abbot is closest for me.
