CDs have objectively better sound quality than MP3s, so it's reasonable to prefer them. However, you can rip the native .wav format files off CDs and play them directly with most (probably any) pc or android media player; the only problem is they take up more space, but with memory sizes...

Personally I wouldn't trust a parking penalty demand that came by phone. Once you entered your registration, a scammer could theoretically find out where the car was registered and tailor the location of the 'offence' to suit. Check out the number that the text came from on 'who called me' and...

Car charging, solar battery charging. And if I had anything else to plug in, I would. No washing to do, no drying ready. I'd usually be running off the battery at this time of day, so hopefully mostly free.

I don't know, but I would guess it's the actual mileage at the point of the service.

Ah yes, should have remembered to say that I got a 'low mileage' service price. The normal one was nowhere near what you've been quoted though.
