Thanks I'm looking to access the short cut screen which gives you the options to change media and phone; it is not appearing by swiping down on the screen and I can't seem to access the option any other way. I have attached a pic of the screen I am trying to access.

I know that there is a screen which allows you to change the volume of media and phone thus improving calls volume etc I cannot find it!! I cannot access the easy access menu by swiping down on my screen which would give me these options ( I think) I am not sure why... Is there any other way to...
