Just to clarify it goes, I can still put the car in KERS 3 but there is no noticeable KERS action in the form of braking until 96% and therefore no charging of the HV Battery (whether it was actually accepting it previously or not who knows?).
The car therefore has no noticeable slowing down...
Well I at long last had this recall done yesterday at 1st service. Prior to yesterday my KERS worked even at 100% in the sense that the car slowed when throttle was removed and the needle indicated that the car was recharging the battery. Whether or not any charge was actually going back in I...
Saw a couple of reports the other day of fractured springs! That symptom is absolutely textbook for that problem and the can be surprisingly difficult to spot if the fracture is only an inch or two from the end.
You are not making the mistake of attempting to lock a car that is already locked are you?
When I charge my car I unlock the car, open the flap and do nothing. After 10 secs or so the handshake happens with the charger, the HV contractor engages and after a further 10 seconds or so the car auto...

My gas is 2.82p and 21p daily standing charge.

I bought my...
I cancelled mine as I sensed it will be a complete cockup and probably put more faults on the car than it will remedy. I'll have it done next summer on the service.
2300 miles in 3 months at 4.3m/Kw. Old petrol car did 40mpg. Most driving short urban. Effectively returning 43 miles per 50p as all our charging is on Octopus Go. Petrol currently £6.70 a gallon so our EV experience is 13 times less expensive than the old ICE drive.
It will adjust the fan speed etc as the target temperature is reached. When I tested this I found that as I lowered the temperature the fan quickened by itself. I think you will still need to select AC on to acquire additional cooling if not already on but there appears to be some level of auto...
