My car a 2025 jan one came with r26 and was updated to r27 at the first service this month I now have icons for bbc radio stations. In December the t box failed and it will be fixed on Friday. Ismart was flaky before but I'll update you as it doesn't connect right now

Is the socket pushed in well into the car? Mine can feel it has gone home but you can feel a gap between the raised edge of the plug & the socket. The car shows it connected but it won't charge.

Could be rusty discs. Try driving with KERS at 1 and braking hard. It also could be the discs squealing which would require either anti squeal shims or anti squeal compound. http://www.gomog.com/allmorgan/BrakeSqueal.html
