It's a software update for ZS gen.2/facelift models - gen1 cannot use at all (unless they have found a way by replacing the EVCC unit as per above ?
Got mine updated May last year and have been happily (and cheaply) Tesla-charging on my long trips on their 'open chargers' which you can easily...
Just been on an Aylesbury to Motherwell run over the weekend … used Trentham Gardens on Thursday morning on my ZS LR gen2 and all went well - then second charge at Gretna and then run straight to Motherwell where I granny charged at my friends place after a run out to Kirkcaldy for a film shoot...
Same here - updated iOS to 2.04 ! - needed to change my charging from 80% to 100% as on a long run today but app wasn't connecting (tried up until 1am today when I got in) - forced my charger to go to 100% in the end - just fired up the app this morning and it connected and confirmed 100%...
So back at dealers for the DAB update and seems they have a list of things from MG UK to try - guess they aren't too sure themselves ! ... not holding my breath !
UPDATE: so software check (on R23) and hard reset requested by MG UK hasn't worked so dealer pushing back to them to say what to do...

Short of trying it at an 'open' Tesla charger you can't ( see the map in the Tesla app) ... there's no listing of component firmware versions available on the car - it has to be plugged in to the MG/SAIC system at the dealers and then it's interrogated and says what firmware is available to be...
No they're meant to be like @gus 's ... ZS gen 2 infotainment system ... have asked for Beaconsfield service guys to ask MG UK about what's needed before it's 1st service on Friday morning ...
Hmm ... so specifically asked (at time of booking in last week) for DAB logos to be sorted at...
Just switched from Flux to Intelligent Go as found out that it could 'talk' to my Ohme Home/Go commando unit ... so now get 6hrs off peak rather than 3 and at a better rate - day rate is 2p per kWh more but better export rate for solar and no 5-7pm peak surcharge ... so cheaper to charge the car...
