I agree it’s a poor design issues and unfortunately nothing much can be done about it. Even more annoying and something to watch out for, is if there is frost or ice on the screen, as if you happen to be using the front wipers and place the car in reverse, the rear wiper tries to wipe as well...

I don’t know about the software side of things but I agree there should be no charges made to make any E V able to charge at any public charging point including the ones that Tesla have opened to all. Les

Check your HVAC settings to ensure A/C is on yes that’s right ON, and the recirculating mode is off or set to auto or through flow ventilation that should help to dry it out Les.
