I agree it’s a poor design issues and unfortunately nothing much can be done about it. Even more annoying and something to watch out for, is if there is frost or ice on the screen, as if you happen to be using the front wipers and place the car in reverse, the rear wiper tries to wipe as well...

I don’t know about the software side of things but I agree there should be no charges made to make any E V able to charge at any public charging point including the ones that Tesla have opened to all. Les

Jto please note this thread concerns the MG5 and as far as I know none of the MG4s have ever had any issues using open to all Tesla SCs Les

I to tried these but with out much success to be honest in either the MG4 or the five still think the solid stalk type would be better so they can’t be pushed into the seat Les

A lot of good suggestions and comments in this thread that I have just read through, But I’m going to be very basic in what I would like to see improved in my wife’s MG4 SE and these are. Definitely a proper on/off switch to bring the car into life, the Bum switch is a disaster in my opinion...
