    Mywatts is still showing some wrong information for me but just got my first months bill and all looks correct. I have changed my Export over to Scotish Power and had confirmation from the 20-10/2024 Happy with my Bill from TE especially when it includes my standaing charge.

    I signed up on the 10/09/2024 my data came online on the 25/09/2024 and went off the same day nothing for the last 2 days "Your data will be available soon"

    Not showing any data in my case and is giving the wrong readings as I know I only used 7.7kWh yesterday but it says 9.7kWh. GMT time is out by 1 hour as it added my 12-1pm charing time onto the previous day which is at a higher rate. Bottom Picture shows all the data today in myWatts.

    myWatts came online yesterday but not working today I also noticed the time is around 1 hr out maybe GMT time error their end. My Lux Invertors are set to charge from 12-6am and according to the past 2 weeks it has been charging 11pm onwards accoring to the data in myWatts. This is a problem as...

    As of tomorrow my Export will also be moved over to Scottich Power SmartGen@12p/kWh instead of SEG 4p with Octopussy.

    Installed the Hugo App and got to the section where it asks for your energy provider and Tomato Energy is not on their list. What did you put in to get the app to work?

    Ok mate thanks. Lets hope they are receiving my hourly reading in those 10 days as I charge my solar batteries up during the 5p/kwh rates. My dashboard has now changed to the below so they are working on it as I speak by the looks of it.

    My switch has now taken place but myWatts dashboard is not showing any data , after speaking with tomatoa customer service they reckon its a known issue and looking to fix it. Anyone else had this ?

    To be fair the above is 1 negative review and I'm sure if you search negative reviews for Octopus it would come up with a lot more. My switch is for tomorrow 10/09/2024 to Tomato and I will for sure be keeping records of readings etc.
