If your videos clearly show high revs going up hill that remain high for long periods of time… if they show high revs that remain high when the car is not on a steep incline… if they show a decrease in acceleration (certainly the most worrying and shouldn’t be a characteristic of any car)…...

Just show them the ‘Webby on Cars’ YouTube review …. his review has a very clear example of the car producing high revs under not exactly demanding requirements. (11min 20 secs onwards)

So one of two things can be deduced. The high revs are due to something entirely different or the dealership don’t know how to apply the update correctly. Since there are people on this forum who have had PD052 update and it’s solved the issue…. I can only assume the dealership you went to...

The entire update procedures seems rather complicated and open to potential confusion. Seems overly complicated to apply updates to the car that solve issues without creating other potential issues.
