I have requested a new password and it still won’t let me log in. I can insert my email and password but the login button remains pale blue and will not respond when you press on it. I have removed and reinstalled the app many times.
I had the same problem. I had been using the previous app version for the past 12 months with no issues then as soon as I updated the app it won’t let me log in. I have tried using my phone number without the 0 and also my email. Has anyone else had this problem?
