Are you using Wi-Fi or USB connection to the VNCI? I found Wi-Fi to not be very reliable and reverted back to a hard connection which worked flawlessly.

Sounds like SC077 has been carried-out by the selling dealer but not the A/C update, which was corrected a while back. I’d take it back and complain that it’s not fit for purpose and demand they apply the update.

Go into the lighting tab under vehicle shortcut (2nd Home Screen) and cycle it off/on and it should come back.

Totally agree about MG / MG UK and numerous Dealers not being on the side of the customer when it comes to responding to and addressing issues. Not that it's right, but you tend to semi-ignore that if it simply comes down to budget/affordability... and, MG does finally seem to have made progress...

Suspect it's probably down to whether the type 2 cable being used is single or three phase. Where power gets split between the two vehicles, if the other one has three phase it will see more than yours on a single phase.
