If you are only doing the EVCC you should be ok. But tbh why go to lengths of buying the kit and setting it all up and then not take advantage in doing the whole suite?

Which dealer did it come from? Not seen version 1300 R07 installed on a later Trophy. You need to challenge them on it in the first instance.

Would be interesting to see if just the blade could be ordered and for how much. May be possible/cost effective to mix ‘n match i.e. blade from dealer and fob from elsewhere. Anyone with SIPS/VDS3 access can do the programming part, I believe.
Roll on the day when the car’s software will force drivers back to the inside lane instead of sitting in the middle of nowhere, not specifically overtaking, and totally oblivious to the faster traffic they’re holding up 🤬
