The app wouldn't login or connect to my MG ZS long range. I managed to redo the password and login but it still wouldn't connect to the car.
So, I tried to rebind it to the car. I opened the binding on the car display and it had a QR code.
I scanned this in the app. Then it said the car is...
I left my MG ZS long range plugged into a PodPoint charger.
When I returned, I found my cable unplugged from the charger and lying on the ground. A taxi driver had plugged his cable in.
How did he do this?
I thought the cables were locked to the car and the charger, when the car was locked...
Plus being personally liable for any damage or injury you cause.
That's unlimited liability. May not be so important to a penniless lawbreaker, who can just go bankrupt.
But it may be more significant if you have any assets or savings, that would need to be used to compensate for damage you...
I never use either of the parking buttons.
I just press the on/off button. The green light goes off and I exit the car. The parking braking seems to take care of itself.
Is it possible to get a copy of the digital service record from a dealer?
Seeing as it is the only service record, I would have thought that it should be provided to custormers who own the vehicle.
I've bought my 'MG Trophy EV Long Range' in October 2022.
I'd like to check the service records.
Does anyone know how to access the 'MG Digital Records' service history?
Truth be told I am also in this situation and use the local PodPoint at Tesco, which is the best of a bad lot.
This is why it’s such an annoyance to me. The fossil fuel companies BP Pulse, Shell Energy etc charge three times the home rate, when they have access to cheap, cheap, wholesale rates.
