The SC077 LKA update gave me 1mph ACC increments and (almost 99%) solved LKA issues when driving. Get your dealer to install the SC077 update under warranty.

No its all computerised. They won't, but it would give peace if mind that your warranty remains valid. I'll certainly be keeping receipts to prove i had the car serviced.

I was told yesterday I needed 3 replacement tyres when mine went in for its first service (8,000 miles). I declined their kind offer as I'm pretty sure the remaining 5mm (even wear across them) will last a little while yet.
