If you copy only the "MAPS DIRECTORY" then there are no other files to delete from the USB. Looks like you have the wrong VIN number.

It clearly states in the instructions to copy the MAP directory to the USB.

Forget the built in navigation system for charging points, it's too far out of date. In my local area in the last six months there are 100's of new charging points. Most of the unmentionable apps show these new charging points, so I never have a problem charging.

Reversing warning tone was not switching off and there was no setting for the towbar in the entertainment system. The same dealer had fitted the MG towbar so the update was done free of charge.

Cold battery.

If It is a Mk2 ZS you need to make sure that the tyre pressures are at 2.8 bar when the tyres are cold.

New granny charger needed then.

That should work as the car needs a 12 volt supply to initiate the contactors on the HV battery to start charging from the granny charger.
