Seems it's an issue according to service department as happened to another now as well after the latest update.

Hi, I have just had to have the screen IPK replaced on new MG HS PHEV Trophy due to drivers side fail. Car just come back but now the steering wheel mapping stars on steering wheel don't work. They were working before. Any ideas? I have attached a video. Thanks

Hi, Had the new 2024 model for a few weeks. This has just happened for the last hour, driver side screen completely off. Reset by holding 10 seconds and nothing, just dead. After about an hour, car was parked and restarted and and screen now back on. See pic. Any ideas?

Answer my own question but down to the 1GB sim cap per month. Why have a car widget for Amazon music that stops after 2 or 3 days? No way to increase the 1GB, however this should be unlimited shouldn't it? Strange. Also now I pay Amazon and can't use in car until data refreshes on the 1st.

Ok thanks, weirdly the last hour I tried 4 times and been OK. The charger is a hypervolt 3 but it also done a couple of times with the 3 pin charger. Maybe the way I am inserting it. It does feel tight with both the cables so maybe not pushing fully and it's just missing or not retracing a pin...

Locking sound and issue removing Hi guys, Whats happening here? Plug charger in then keeps making this sound, like constant locking and load of messing around for it to release. All a bit hit and miss. Please see video. Car is old 2 weeks old HS PHEV, UK. Thanks
