ZS EV Mk2 51 kWh LFP battery - What is Your Voltage When Full?

407V. This is after sitting for 2 days after a long balancing charge. And I have an OBD plug installed.

ACC/Front Detection disabling itself - interference?

I have had the same occur with my vehicle, twice when passing through a particular major bridge building construction site. I believe there is some electromagnetic signalling system there which impacted on my forward collision systems.

    Vehicle Control System Fault error

Sounds like a failed 12V battery to me. Get roadside assistance around, they'll test and then in all likelihood replace it.

My Ismart app sometimes does not connect to the gps

One source of difficulty connecting is if the vehicle is garaged somewhere where the internet/GPS connection to the car isn't very strong (I have this issue, it works fine as soon as the car leaves the basement garage).

    Is ismart always this useless

I use it regularly to check what the charge level is, as other people use the car occasionally, and sometimes when rapid charging I can't see the charge level from the charger's app. Also it can be very useful to unlock the car if you don't have your key with you. I haven't used it yet to...

    Navigation - planning charging stops.

I recommend A Better Route Planner for planning a trip and recommending charging stops. You can input parameters to suit your vehicle and driving preferences, and it takes into account topography etc.

MG ZS EV facelift engineering menu

I'm wondering why you would want to activate that, surely it would be a safety issue.

MG Australia capped price service costs

To be fair, in Oz it is two yearly even if the mileage is low. And there are exclusions from the warranty, including the 12V battery.

MG Australia capped price service costs

The front tyres were worn to 3mm, as it is a front wheel drive car. These have been rotated to the rear, and the rear ones (4mm) are now on the front. Seems OK to me.

MG Australia capped price service costs

My 2022 SR just had its first warranty service, at 24 months, at the dealership where I bought it (MG Motors, Hobart). $295, the bloke said this was the set charge. I've looked back at my records and can't find what was stated in 2022 as the capped service charge, so I have to take his word...

    Mg zs ev

Try using A Better Route Planner, enter the details of your car and it should give you a reasonable idea of your expected range on your planned trip. You can refine it later as you learn more about the actual efficiency of your car.

    MG Pilot - consumption

This is the same as just using Adaptive Cruise Control, there is no regen. I don't use MG Pilot (too many bells and whistles for my taste) but when I use ACC I do the same as you, i.e. flick it off when descending.

MG ZS EV - e-bike transporting over 50 kg

I haven't measured the total weight of my Thule rack and two ebikes (batteries and heavy attachments removed). It would probably be more than 50kg in total. I wouldn't worry about being a little over the nominal limit.

MG ZS EV - e-bike transporting over 50 kg

Yes I've carried two ebikes on a Thule bike rack many times. No problem.
