I think R67 is just an intermediate version! It was the same with R59. Great Britain got R59, the rest of Europe didn't (or only a few). The timeframe is also comparable to R59... R59 came out around the beginning of the year, while R63 came around September.

you have to click on your name (top right) on the rmi website and then select the middle menu item, the following pop-up will then show the username and password for SIPS

Updating only the MPU is not advisable, as errors can occur due to dependencies. Instead, order the VNCI and update your entire car. ;)
