Not very helpful I’m afraid but you could just be having bad luck with the chargers. A few people on here, myself included, have had issues getting Gridserve chargers to play ball.

I think I’m still getting about 170 on my standard range. Upgrading to a long range this week, it’ll be interesting to see if it suffers more from the cold compared to the standard range as some people seem to be suggesting.

Fully charged and balanced the MG5 should be around 405V so your 403V is perfectly normal especially considering the colder weather. I'm probably wrong but 460V might be the ZS.
