Well decided to start again. Went to bind the car but it tells me the car is already bound to another account which is me of course. I have to wait now as well 72 hours for the old account to be closed and then should be able to bind the car. Frustrating.
I have the same issue. When I enter my email and password which I know are correct it says 'the email has not been registered yet'. I've had the car and email registered for years so not sure what is going on.
Yes the phone is fine. I have tried 3 other iPhone in the car all with the same result. Yes the cable when plugged into my iPhone and laptop works perfectly every time. I think the USB socket may have a loose connection for data. I will take it into MG. Thanks for your help.
