    Has I said before I think that the steering column is ok and the replacement procedure or new washers or screws or torque used on it, is what solves the problem.     I suppose that the steering replacement it's not necessary because there is no explanation if there is any difference between the old and the new steering column. All the users that report this clicking problem do not report any mechanical wear or structural weakness on the steering column...

    Hello! I moved the piece all the way that permitted... I think that the piece is shaped in U so for that it can´t go any further, if you look closely the U opening is on the direction of the arrows, if so, there is no way that it can reach the metal edge on the side.... Regards
