MG4 Reviews from various online publications

(Posted before watching to see the result):

Over £10,000 cheaper, the only one with more than one regenerative system and easily the best drive. And easily the best looking as well. Anyone who buys the Astra electric must be easily pleased.
Just goes to confirm that the MG4 is still the class leader.

Sorry - it's behind a paywall, but Which? published their review. It would be a 'Best Buy', except for the .....guess what.... terrible safety systems - LKA etc. Apparently, MG are about to fix them, but until then, no Best Buy.

I came across this 2024 Australian long term review yesterday:

Quite comprehensive and has some nice photography as well (50 photos, no less).

Pretty nice review, but I kinda like the fact that car wont go into drive without seat belt fastened. Gives a feel that safety matters.

There is a few times a year when I have to open a gate, drive through, then close it, that it annoys me. But I can live with that.

Fun fact: seems MG is going to be top 3 registered cars for june in Norway. Mainly because they preregister a lot of cars that won't comply with with the EDR requirements from 7th July.

Frankly they are all saying the same thing. I would be more interested in finding comparison with other EVs around the same price.

Funny it didnt seem like it was going to win, but it still didn't have enough bad things for it to come below the other two. Glad that 2 years on from my purchase its still the best value EV, and I still love mine.
Fortunately I have not suffered from some of the reliability problems. And yes I definitely agree with you. Still excellent value and still love to drive mine.
