I had my one month inspection on the 11th of November, and was to have had the under-tray bulge fixed then. On the day, they said they could not get parts because of the warehouse issue, and re-scheduled the under-tray fix for last week. The under-tray backet has been fitted with no dramas.
So I'd say that things are at least heading back towards normal again. Maybe they prioritised parts for servicing over accessories, I have no idea. But it could be worth a phone call now to see where things are at.
The warehouse in question is in Australia, I assume south east Queensland, but it may be near Sydney or elsewhere for all I know. I didn't press for details.
