Is it normal that OPD doesn’t work until the battery is around 85-87% ?

Just fails to activate as “not enough charge” until that amount of charge in the car?

Yes, that is normal (the level varies though)

May be with the Xpower, my MG4 gets OPD at 93% .
It's possibly temperature dependent, It's usually fairly warm here.

One Pedal mode works in my car at 100% battery.

Yes, it doesn't activate for me at 100% SoC. I've never investigated the exact number it does allow you to activate from.

Never works for me either until under 90% SoC.

It's a mistranslation. It should say "too much charge". (There needs to be some space in the battery for the regen charge to go to).
