Hello, I am a newcomer here and I have an eHS Plug-in that I purchased 3 months ago in Germany (we live in Portugal). At the time of purchase, we changed the system language to Portuguese, but as we were going to use CarPlay with Google Maps, we did not worry about changing the language of the navigation system, which is in German.
When we arrived in Portugal, we accessed the navigation system and only found the option to change the voice for navigation assistance (male or female Portuguese) and not the system as a whole. Since I don't speak or read German, I can't use the system.
Does anyone know how to change the language? It can be to English or Portuguese, but I can't access any information on how to do this procedure.
