The App on my IPhone has been working just fine for months now, but yesterday when I tried to defrost the car, it flagged up with the token expired noticed.
Not seen this for a long time

Then I was requested to log back into my account again, so it looked very much like an update had taken place overnight.
I was able to log in successfully, but I was unable to communicate with the car

I tried a total reboot of my phone, but that failed also, so I just gave up trying that day.
Following morning, all was working correctly again

Very likely a server outage / busy then

My next door neighbour has a really nice Audi EV and he was complaining that he was unable to defrost his car also.
