What is the 12V reading on the dash in 'ready' mode should be about 14V. Try connecting to your EVSE.

Electric vehicle supply equipment or 'charger'
It's been checked its fine had it checked

Has this just started after fitting the new battery? If so, have you checked it's actually in a properly charged state?
It all started after a garage had it a week during the cold and snow fitted a new head light it had 33% of main battery on it but when I picked it up it had only 7 after that it went hay wire wouldn't turn off temperature up and down

Could be a long shot, but there have been a number of reports on this forum of weird electrical behaviour as a result of water leaks to the driver footwell from the rear screenwash pipe located in the offside A-pillar affecting various electronic boxes. The joint can leak if the pipe freezes

One such report said that the MG5 would not turn off.......

Definitely sounds like the washer pipe has become disconnected. First thing is to get that fixed and get rid of any water. As you'll see from the posts linked above, this has happened a lot
