Quick question: will the spare tyre from a PFL Excite fit the FL SE? Both are 16 inch

The answer is yes, so that’s saved me the time, trouble and cost of getting a new one.
Next question is how do I get to the wheel nuts? Is this just a hub cap that pulls off?

If it is like the MG4, then yes. You just pull on the different holes on the aero covers and eventually work it off.
