Can i disable 'power limited' option?

It is possible to disable the 'power limited' option, that when the battery is extreme low the car wont let you use an amount of power/speed.​


What i've experienced: (not recommended)
Drove on the highway, around 115 km/h. Battery had some ~15km left on it. I needed ~4km to get home.
The warning 'battery limited' / 'power limited' warning kicked in, and it slowed down to atleast 75km/h (ON THE FRICKING HIGHWAY). I had no control over it, went full throttle, didnt help. I had to put on my hazard lights and had to drive on the emergency lane because i went this slow. Luckily the exit was closeby, but it kept slowing down.

I'm driving a MG ZS EV 2024 (dec) build.

My previous MG ZS EV 2023 didnt had this 'warning'.

I dont like a car who takes over control, so i want to disable that idiotic option. I know very well its risky to drive with a near empty battery, but sometimes you get in that situation and i know what im doing or how far i can get.

The car manual or the MG website is absolutely blank on this matter, nothing descripted at all.

Any help or explanation would be nice!

If you find an answer please let us know, emergencies can happen to us all and this could make a big difference to many. Yes obviously don’t get too low on charge, but things can happen!

Other than the obvious safety/convenience aspect to this, even if they did allow you to remove turtle mode, you would be bumping into the physical limitations of battery: When the BMS decides it's time for turtle mode, it likely has a preset voltage drop off level set so that beyond this point you'd be fairly close to impacting performance anyway - you are just being 'guide railed' away from it.

Lithium Ion batteries were a break through at the time as they had one of the best voltage drop off curves through to the end of the discharge cycle, but even then there are limits that need to be managed.
 
When the battery charge is low, the battery is simply not able to source as much energy.

It's a bit like if you make a hole in the bottom of a plastic container filled with water, the water will come out fast, but when the water level drops, the amount of water you can get out is less and unlike a bottle, you can not just squeeze the battery to get more power out of it.

The car does what it does to protect the battery, if you try to draw more amps than it can deliver, the only thing that will happen is, the battery voltage will drop instead and that is not good for the batteries.

Well to be fair, the power is not limited in a petrol or a diesel, even if the "low fuel" warning lamp has been flashing for the last 20 miles :) (Not limited, until you run dry that is)

Got down to 3% on my battery a couple of weeks ago, it turns things like AC off then starts to limit the power, it got to about 6% power, problem was the last 1/2 mile was uphill, down to about 12 mph.
I didn't stop to charge as I hate public chargers, last 2 times I've used them, it has taken over 2 hours & multiple locations/units to mange to get them to work.
