MG4 Spotted! : Was it you?

A rare visit to the office on Wednesday and found a friend to park next to...

Has anybody else noted the interior colour of the blue in the foreground, it either has fitted seat covers. or came with the beige interior available in Europe (France?).
As an aside, I saw 4 yesterday, two blues, a white, in and around High Wycombe, and a green X power parked up in Ruislip.....was it you? One of the blues acknowledged me, giving me a nod as he passed me in Totteridge, High Wycombe.

I'm sure @Rolfe will confirm, that is Rolfe's car and yes they are seat covers from AliExpress.

I expect @Rolfe has :)

I was more intrigued with the cone.... is that a "Warning - Holborn blue zone only" or "Warning - the Chinese are taking over" or ... (answers on a postcard, please)??

My car. Yes, that is Caliban, complete with beige AliExpress seat covers for protection of the upholstery.

The cone was being used by the Swarco engineer who was trying to keep order with all sorts of cars coming and going, and one charger playing up. Caliban had been on the dodgy charger, which had given up mid-charge, and the engineer blocked off another free charger so that I could move Caliban in beside his almost-twin to finish charging.

I saw one grey on Wednesday in Deanfoot Road in West Linton, and a Tango travelling south this morning on the A702 somewhere around Carlops.

Not at all I'm my case. I narrowed it down to blue or grey. The blue is a great colour, but for the long term I preferred the subtlety of the grey. I had also been looking at other cars in grey /non metallic finish, that some have unkindly referred to as being delivered in primer! If MG had a colour like that in the range I would have definitely have put it on my shortlist.

Agree. I also like the so called,
"Grey primer paint " think it would've looked awesome on the MG4 and particularly the X Power, against the Gloss Black. 🙂👍

I decided I wanted the blue, and was prepared to wait to get one. After spending some time trying (absolutely uselessly) to persuade me to buy a Trophy, then some more time (with a better chance of success but in the end no dice) to buy an SE LR, he finally fessed up to having a blue SE SR right there in stock and would Thursday suit for collection madam?
