My mates loved an Orion pushI did a lot of walking with a fuel can too!
Thanks, not taken it to 0% whilst moving =Got to 0% and the message ‘low charge, stop safely’ literally as I pulled up opposite the charging station.
Passenger was getting a bit anxious.
I was as calm as ever, as I know my GoM has always been absolutely spot on below 25% charge.
Turtle appeared at 2% charge left with 4 miles remaining.
At 0% it was still showing 1 mile left.
This was taken after plugging in for less than a minute.
Calibration of the battery recommends a charge from less than 10% to fill.Crikey, my teeth are tingling reading all these less-than-5% postsI get nervous when I get to 20%
Seriously, I don’t get why you would run so low?
It was a combination of change of plans, lack of chargers in the area I was staying, bad decision making on my part in the morning of the trip. Plus I was confident in the battery calibration and GoM accuracy.Crikey, my teeth are tingling reading all these less-than-5% postsI get nervous when I get to 20%

Driving home on a long trip when a planned charge stop has non-functioning chargers...Seriously, I don’t get why you would run so low?

Yep - works perfectly just like that! Just back in mine after 240 mile run 4% and 4 miles left so now on charge for a good calibration.Long drive in an SR, not wanting to stop more often than necessary. Especially in winter. I've got it off to a fine art. I'm tanking along at 70 and if the GOM and Google Maps aren't looking positive in terms range/distance to next charger, I just take 5 mph off the speed.
Same with me! A bit ashamed to say I've not run the car below 19% yet..Crikey, my teeth are tingling reading all these less-than-5% postsI get nervous when I get to 20%

Oh, give me a home, where the ev cars roamIt all goes to show that range anxiety really is charger availability anxiety.
