Yesterday evening I watched the MG EV Podcast, which centred mainly on the problems being discussed, by members of the MG ZS Hybrid+ forum.
I found the feedback from owners very interesting. The elephant ‘not’ in the room, however turned out to be, that there was no one there representing MG UK.
Miles Robert’s, representing a dealership, did a fantastic job trying to defending MG UK especially given that the rest of the panel had quite a lot to say regarding the problems they had encountered with their cars.
From a customer perspectives, there is a complete disconnect between MG UK, and the dealerships, which makes life very difficult for the dealerships, due to them trying to provide an excellent service for their customers, when many owners are becoming increasingly frustrated.
It’s well worth watching. However, I seriously doubt that anyone from MG UK did so, but had they, they might have taken note of the frustrations of owners, and decided to take ownership.
Cheers Noel.
